Beginning in 1980, Malton was mostly composed of the Khuan Choo Group, Bukit Rimau Development, and Domain Group. Under the name Khuan Choo Realty Sdn Bhd, the Khuan Choo Group began its construction and real estate development operations and introduced Kuchai Business Centre, its first commercial real estate development. Since then, it has effectively finished a number of projects in the Klang Valley, including high-rise office buildings, residential homes, and condominiums.

Malton Berhad (also known as "Malton or The Group"), which was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia in 2002 with the stock code "6181," has consistently placed a high priority on creative master planning and concepts, supported by prime locations and well-designed surroundings, in order to not only create peaceful community living but also to provide its buyers with sustainable value creation.
